宋晓军,博士,副教授,硕士研究生导师。 主要从事比较免疫学和水产动物病害防控相关研究。系统阐述了动物TLR信号通路的起源与演化机制;完成了青岛文昌鱼基因组的组装与注释,揭示文昌鱼含有独特结构域的C型凝集素受体激活NF-κB通路参与先天免疫应答的机制;目前,在国内外相关杂志发表SCI收录论文30余篇。主持国家自然科学基金、山东省自然科学基金等项目4项,参加国家自然科学基金重点项目等多项。担任Genomics、Fish & Shellfish Immunology、BMC Genomics等学术期刊审稿人。被评为山东省科技特派员(刺参病害防控)和青岛市禽用微生态研发工作入站席专家等。教学方面,主编教材1部,主持校级教研项目2项,发表教研论文3篇。
