例:对虾遗传育种
科研成果:
主要从事甲壳类遗传育种方面研究,成功构建了第一个中国对虾中高密度遗传连锁图谱;筛选与中国对虾生长相关的分子标记、生长候选基因等以用于中国对虾优良体尺性状的标记辅助育种;通过转录组、蛋白组、miRNAs、甲基化等表观遗传分析开展生长、抗逆等性状的基因解析;通过遗传图谱与全基因组联合分析揭示中国对虾新品种的生长优势及中国对虾抗盐碱胁迫机理。主持过国家自然科学青年基金、国家自然科学面上项目、山东省自主创新项目等多个项目。在Aquaculture、Functional & integrative genomics、Aquaculture research、Cell Stress and Chaperones等杂志上发表论文20余篇,发明专利2项。
